Dear <<First Name>> <<Last Name>>
————————————————————
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new online self service membership portal. From the unique members only area of the website you can renew your membership, update your personal details, as well as accessing members only resources: such as a searchable members database and archive of members newsletters.
Activate your new online account now!
To use this part of the website (and continue as an ISEA member) you must activate your new online members account. To do this you need to visit https://www.sportsengineering.org/lostpassword/ and enter the email address associated with your ISEA membership. You’ll then receive a temporary password via email (please check your junk email settings and ensure isea@shu.ac.uk is in your safe senders list). You can then login to the site by visiting https://www.sportsengineering.org/login/ (or click the link at the top right of the site). Once logged in, you’ll be automatically redirected to the members only area, where you can change your password to something more memorable.
If your ISEA membership is due for renewal
We are currently offering a discounted membership fee of £80 until 31st January 2014, so take this opportunity to renew your membership now! Once you have activated your online account using the steps above you can visit https://www.sportsengineering.org/login/ (or click the link at the top right of the site) and enter your login details. If your membership is due for renewal you’ll see a message on screen, and will be guided through the steps of renewing your membership online. Secure payments can be made online via a credit/debit card or a Paypal account. Alternatively, you have the option of paying via cheque/BACS: please note you will not have access to the members only area of the site until your payment has been received.
Please also take this opportunity to update your personal details, expertise, and research entries.
If your ISEA membership is still valid
Please take this opportunity to login to the site via https://www.sportsengineering.org/login/ (or click the link at the top right of the site) and ensure the details we currently have on record for you are correct. In particularly, please update your expertise and research entries.
I hope you find the new online membership self service portal both easy to use and useful. If you have any problems please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Regards
Amanda
