A message on behalf of the Organising Committee of the ISEA2024 Conference:
We are delighted to confirm that conference registration is now open and accessible through the ISEA2024 website. Payment and delegate details are collected through the Loughborough University online store.
There is a much-reduced registration fees for students and this fee is further reduced if the student is a member of International Sports Engineering Association (ISEA).
Please note: the ‘early bird’ registration fees are available until April 26th. Given the volume of abstracts and interest received for the conference it is highly recommended to register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The fee includes the cost of organised social events, including the welcome reception and conference dinner, which will be held at the Edward Herbert Building on the Loughborough University Campus (10-minute walk from conference venue), on Wednesday 10th July.

Information regarding travel and recommended accommodation is also available on the conference website. Please note that we are expecting cheaper accommodation in student halls of residence (on campus) to be made available in due course but are currently awaiting confirmation and will update in due course.
The organising committee will publish a draft programme for the conference before early bird registration closes, but please note this will not be for at least another month from the date of this message.
Students can win free conference registration (& £250!) by entering the FIFA Research Challenge. The challenge is to summarise an existing FIFA-related research paper via an infographic or video. The deadline is 1st March, and winners will be announced on 8th April. Full details are available on the ISEA2024 conference website.
World Scientific Congress of Golf
The World Scientific Congress of Golf (WSCG) (10th-12th July) is concurrent and hosted in the same building. ISEA content on Wednesday 10th July will include golf content. Delegates, particularly those whose interests align with golf, can register for both conferences, at a special combined price, giving access to WSCG golf science and coaching talks on Thursday 11th July, and to spend a day at the Belfry Golf Resort with WSCG delegates on Friday 12th July.
